Terratech Triple Fluid Jet Grouting
Triple Fluid jet grouting allows for flexibility on the amount of cement grout injected into the system and makes the formation of very high strength jet grout mass. We are the only company who can offer this in Singapore.

Developed by Terratech Engineering – using special long nozzle, high flow rate & Anti Turbulence design for better cutting energy. We can jet grout in very stiff soils and also very soft marine clays at low cost.

Terratech is the only company to offer triple fluid jet grouting Singapore, which is superior to single and double fluid systems.

Unlike single and double fluid systems where the grout jet is also the disintegration jet, triple fluid systems have a separate disintegration jet with the grout jet below the water jet introduces cement grout to mix and displace the soil / water mix formed by the disintegration jet.
Separate disintegration and grout jets allows flexibility on amount of cement grout injected into the system, allowing for the formation of very high strength jet grout mass which the other methods cannot achieve.
Greater amount of water used leading to slurry being less viscous.
Smaller pressure head of the slurry ejected to ground surface.
Smaller outwards ground movement when jet grouting in marine clay.

Terratech to the rescue

Terratech was engaged for T228 and T302 after proving that it is able to control ground movement. Using parameters similar to T225, Terratech conducted jet grouting works at diaphragm wall contact zone between wall and installed DSM mass (the DSM installation by others had already caused significant wall movement).

Jet grouting was also installed at the banks of the Marina Barrage waterway where the slurry was not allowed to find its way into the water.

All works were done successfully and the diameter and strength were also achieved.

Terratech To The Rescue

Terratech was engaged for T228 and T302 after proving that it is able to control ground movement. Using parameters similar to T225, Terratech conducted jet grouting works at diaphragm wall contact zone between wall and installed DSM mass (the DSM installation by others had already caused significant wall movement).

Jet grouting was also installed at the banks of the Marina Barrage waterway where the slurry was not allowed to find its way into the water.

All works were done successfully and the diameter and strength were also achieved.

This technique is also useful where very large diameter jet grout columns are needed (e.g. utility gap) up to 4.5m diameter.
